As the lead designer on AgentMatch.ai, I teamed up with a product lead to solve a key challenge in real estate: helping buyers find agents they actually trust. After mapping the user journey, we designed a smart questionnaire to match buyers with agents based on personal preferences and behavioral data.
I translated those insights into a clean, intuitive web experience that guides users through onboarding with confidence. The result is a platform that simplifies the agent-matching process and builds trust based on personal preferences and behavioral data.
